Chicken Soup

The clients brief was simple. They wanted a home filled with joy where one could unwind after a long day. And so, the quest to build them their own oasis began. Warm oakwood, hints of shore blue and bursts of terrazzo flooring quickly made themselves at home.

The challenge was to make the 370 sqft 1 BHK apartment feel spacious while including lots of storage. Wardrobes were cleverly concealed behind the wooden fluting, cabinets were camouflaged in the window seat and sufficient loft space was given. All this was done while keeping the materials very light on the eye.

The juxtaposition of these materials curated a space that is plush and breezy. Happy space, happy clients, one happy designer!
